0 0

The Kesennuma Oshima-ohashi Bridge (a.k.a. the Tsurukame-ohashi Bridge) connecting the mainland to Oshima Island opened on April 7th, 2019. Because this new bridge has opened, the ferry line to Oshima which was previously part of the Michinoku Coastal Trail route has been discontinued. Please use alternate routes for access to the trail in Oshima Island. Please note that the surrounding roads are changing because of construction. Take care as you walk this area.
