On Sunday, November 3, the trail running race “SEA ALPS TRAIL JOURNEY” will be held from early morning to late afternoon on the route of the Michinoku Coastal Trail from Fudai Village to Iwaizumi Town.“During the race, you may pass hikers and locals. Please be courteous when passing them and walk, not run, especially where the trails and roads are narrow,” the organaizers states on their website. If you plan to hike this section of trail on race day, please exercise caution.
