In Osaki, Karakuwa, Kesennuma (near Kawakuwa Peninsula Visitor Center) National Youth Hostel Karakuwa-so has been taken down. The area around the building site is closed during ongoing work on the site.
Even while there is no active construction happening on the site, no entry is allowed, so please take the detour for the time being.
