みちのく潮風トレイルは、青森県八戸市から福島県相馬市を南北につなぐ「歩いて旅をするための道」です。
今回気仙沼市で開催するブロックフォーラムでは、全長1,000キロを超えるみちのく潮風トレイルの魅力や楽しみ方を、6年前に当時の開通区間と未開通の想定ルート合わせて約900キロを通算44日間で歩かれた俳優でタレントのなすびさんがお話をしてくださいます。
また、午後は気仙沼大島にバス(無料)で移動し、みちのく潮風トレイルルートの一部をなすびさんと一緒に歩きます。

＜プログラム＞
11月13日（土）10：00～16：00
集合：気仙沼市 鹿折ふれあいセンター研修室（気仙沼市中みなと町5番１２号）
9：30 受付開始
10：00～11：45 フォーラム
講演 なすび氏 「みちのく潮風トレイルを歩いて気づいた東北の魅力」
12：00～12：15 バス(無料)移動（鹿折ふれあいセンター → 龍舞崎）
12：15～13：00 昼食（お弁当が出ます）
13：00～15：45 トレイルハイキング（龍舞崎 → 小田の浜）※小雨決行
15：45～16：00 バス(無料)移動の後、鹿折ふれあいセンター駐車場にて解散
＜募集人数、対象＞
20名（高低差があるトレイルルートを3時間程度歩ける健脚な方）
※小学生以下のお子さんは保護者同伴でお申込み下さい。
＜参加費＞
お一人様 1,000円（お弁当代、保険料込み）
＜服装・持ち物＞
野外で活動しやすい服装、トレッキングシューズ（運動靴）、帽子、タオル、飲物、マスク、雨具等

The Michinoku Coastal Trail is a course made for journeys on foot which stretches all the way from Hachinohe, Aomori Prefecture in the north to Soma, Fukushima in the south.
At the upcoming block forum in Kesennuma, we will hear about how to enjoy this over 1000 kilometer long trail from actor and TV personality Nasubi. Six years ago, Nasubi hiked the sections of the MCT that had been already been decided along with the projected route for sections that hadn’t been decided yet, for a total of about 900 kilometers and 44 days of walking.
In the afternoons, participants will take a bus (free) to Oshima Island also in Kesennuma to hike part of the MCT route with Nasubi. Interested? We’re waiting for your application!

＜Schedule＞
Saturday, November 13, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Gathing place: Kesennuma City, Shishiori Fureai Center training room (5-12 Nakaminato-cho, Kesennuma)
9:30 AM: Reception starts
10:00 to 11:45 AM: Forum (talk event)
Talk by Nasubi “What hiking the MCT showed me about how great Tohoku is”
12:00 noon to 12:15 pm: Take bus (free for participants) from Shishiori Fureai Center to Cape Tatsumaizaki
12:15 PM to 1:00 PM: Lunch (bento lunch is provided)
1:00 PM to 3:45 PM: Hiking the trail from Cape Tatsumaizaki to Kodanohama Beach ※ Cancelled only for heavy rain
3:45 PM to 4:00 PM Take bus (free for participants) back to Shishiori Fureai Center parking lot, where event ends.
＜Number of participants, who can join＞
20 people. Relatively strong hikers who can hike for about three hours on a course with ups and downs
※ Elementary school age children and younger can participate if accompanied by a guardian.
＜Cost＞
1000 yen per person (includes bento lunch and insurance）
＜What to wear/bring＞
Clothes suitable for hiking, hiking shoes (exercise shoes), a hat, a towel, drinks, your mask, raingear, etc.
