みちのく潮風トレイルは青森県八戸市〜福島県相馬市の海岸線を歩く道です。
今回、6月19日〜20日に岩泉町で開催されるブロックフォーラムでは、トレッキング、シーカヤックなど、海のアクティビティを体験することができます。

6月19日（土）9:30〜17:00
集合：小本津波防災センター
9:30〜12:00：フォーラム（講師/中野可菜氏、大津貴規氏、関博充）
12:00〜13:00：昼食
13:00〜13:20：バス移動（小本津波防災センター→御殿崎展望所）
13:20〜16:30：トレイル（御殿崎展望所→鵜の巣断崖）
16:30〜17:00：バス移動の後閉会
6月20日（日）9:00〜12:30
集合：三陸鉄道田野畑駅
9:00〜9:20：バス移動（田野畑駅→机浜番屋群）
9:20〜12:00：2グループに分かれトレイル&カヤック体験
トレイル（机浜番屋群→弁天灯台）
※カヤックが中止の場合
バス移動（田野畑駅→北山浜）
9:00〜12:00：トレイル（北山浜→机浜→弁天灯台）
12:00〜12:30：バス移動

The Michinoku Coastal Trail’s course goes along the coastline, from Hachinohe, Aomori Prefecture to Soma, Fukushima Prefecture.
At the upcoming block forum in Iwaizumi Town on June 19th to 20th, participant will be able to enjoy beach activities including not only hiking but also sea kayaking.

Gathering spot: Omoto Tsunami Disaster Mitigation Center
9:30 to 12:00 noon: Forum (Speakers Kana Nakano, Takanori Otsu, Hiromitsu Seki)
12:00 noon to 1:00 PM: Lunch
1:00 PM to 1:20 PM: Move via bus from Omoto Tsunami Disaster Mitigation Center to Gotenzaki Viewpoint
1:20 PM to 4:30 PM: MCT hiking from Gotenzaki Viewpoint to Unosu Cliffs
4:30 PM to 5:00 PM: Return via bus and ending remarks about tomorrow
Sunday June 20th 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM
Gathering spot: Tanohata Station
9:00 AM to 9:20 AM: Move via bus from Tanohata Station to Tsukuehama Banyagun (Fisherman’s Huts)
9:20 AM to 12:00 noon: Split into two groups to hike the trail and to try kayaking. Trail group walks from Tsukuehama Banyagun to Bentenzaki Lighthouse
※If kayaking is cancelled:
Move via bus from Tanohata Station to Kitayama Beach
9:00 AM to 12:00 noon: Hike trail from Kitayama Beach to Tsukuehama to Bentenzaki Lighthouse
12:00 noon to 12:30 PM: Return via bus
# participants, who can join: 50 people who are relatively strong hikers (people who can hike for over three hours)
