【津波注意報が解除されました】 青森県太平洋沿岸、岩手県、宮城県に発令されていた津波注意報が2025年12月12日14：05に解除されました。気象庁によると今後も多少の潮位の変化が続く可能性があるということですので、海岸近くをハイキングする際は注意してください。
みちのく潮風トレイル名取トレイルセンターは臨時休館を解除し、通常開館を再開いたしました。
みちのく潮風トレイル（MCT）を歩かれるハイカーの皆様は、以下の点にご留意ください。 ■トレイルの状況確認はご自身で MCTを歩行される際は、ハイカーご自身でMCT沿線の各自治体から発信される最新の情報を確認し、安全な状況下で歩行を判断してください。また、自治体からの情報や、最新の注意情報などを確認し、無理のない計画を立てていただくようお願いします。 ■「北海道・三陸沖後発地震注意情報」について

[Tsunami Advisory Lifted]
The Tsunami Advisory issued for the Pacific coast of Aomori Prefecture, Iwate Prefecture, and Miyagi Prefecture was lifted at 14:05 on December 12, 2025.
According to the Japan Meteorological Agency (JMA), slight fluctuations in sea levels may continue. Please exercise caution when hiking near the coast.
The Michinoku Coastal Trail Natori Trail Center has ended its temporary closure and has resumed normal operations.
To all hikers walking the Michinoku Coastal Trail (MCT): Please take note of the following points.
■ Check Trail Conditions Independently When walking the MCT, please check the latest information released by the local municipalities along the trail yourself and exercise your own judgment to ensure you are hiking under safe conditions. We ask that you review information from local governments and the latest advisories to plan a reasonable and safe itinerary.

The Japan Meteorological Agency has issued “Subsequent Earthquake Caution Information” (Hokkaido/Sanriku-oki). While there is a degree of uncertainty associated with this information, it is crucial to be prepared for the potential occurrence of a large-scale earthquake. We ask all hikers to confirm evacuation sites and routes along their intended path in advance and to maintain a high level of disaster preparedness.
