みちのく潮風トレイル（東北太平洋岸自然歩道）におけるにぎわいと交流を創出する取組の一環として、「誰もが歩いてみたいと思う地域の魅力づくり」をテーマとした特別講演会を岩手県釜石市にて開催します。

この度の講演会では、全国各地で景観形成や地域の魅力づくりに関する活動を展開されている堀繁先生をお招きし、歩く人の目線を尊重した道づくり・街づくりについてお話いただきます。

Come see a special lecture in Kamaishi, Iwate about “Making Areas Even More Appealing for Hikers.” This lecture is being held as part of efforts to make the Michinoku Coastal Trail even livelier and filled with more interaction.

In this lecture, Mr. Shigeru Hori, who works throughout Japan in activities related to making local areas more appealing and creating beautiful landscapes, will talk about local development and course development that would appeal to travelers on foot.
