This page has been updated with changes made to the detour and construction developments (as of February 10, 2023).
・ [Location1] Dairiseki Coast, Karakuwa-Kesennuma: Detour route has been changed.
・ [Location2] Detoure has been lifted.
・ [Location3] Tatsumaizaki cliff, Oshima-Kesennuma: It has been lifted.
・ [Location4] Around the Akebono Bridge: Please pass through the temporary route as the new bridge is open.
・ [Location5] Around Matsuiwa Station; The detour route has been changed due to the change in construction conditions.
・ [Location6] Around Hajikami Fishing Harbor: The detour route has been changed. Roads are being closed due to road construction and new roads are being built, so please walk while checking on-site situation and temporary tape.
・ [Location7] Around Hikado fishing port: A new detour route has been set up.
Some closures due to construction on the Kesennuma section have been extended.
There are some smaller detours set up along the way as well, so please follow the signage and instructions from construction workers.
